Every Kreated product is handcrafted with care and intention. We take great pride in the quality of each item that leaves our hands and into yours.

All sales are final. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kreatedwithker@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we'll try to send a replacement right away.

A note on fragrance: Scent is deeply personal. We encourage you to explore our scent descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a fragrance, reach out before you order — we're happy to help you find your perfect match.
