Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer shipping throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Fragile Items Our products include glass components and are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
